TYPE OF DATA COLLECTED
Data are collected only when necessary for the provision of supplies and are related to biographical identification and contact data such as telephone numbers or e-mail addresses. Data obtained through the completion of the information format on the site are processed by Frascio srl personnel and are not transferred to other companies. The staff of Frascio Ltd. have been adequately trained regarding data processing and within the company, and all necessary measures have been put in place to protect the personal data of those concerned.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Personal data collected are kept for the period strictly necessary to carry out the activities following the collection of the data. In particular, if the completion of the format will be followed by a simple exchange of information Frascio srl will delete the data from its database, while if a supply contract will follow, the data will be kept even after the supply, for the time necessary for the execution of accounting, fiscal and civil law obligations.
